AMD Quiet and Cool DOES seem to work at all default settings with the stock clock speeds, I did see the clock speeds decrease and the voltages are variable. I've set the CPU voltage to Auto and the voltages are now variable but the clock speeds are still running full speed. No idea what is going on but I probably shouldn't have updated my Bios with no way of really going back. Anyone else
